ACC platform terms

Purpose and access
This platform supports ACC project proposals, business operations and subcontractor relationships. Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Keep credentials and private proposal links confidential and tell ACC promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Your project agreement
Your accepted proposal, subcontractor agreement, approved change orders and other applicable written project terms govern the work, price, scope, scheduling and payment. These platform terms do not replace those agreements or add new project charges. Ask your ACC representative about unclear terms before accepting.
Electronic signatures
Signing is a separate affirmative action. Review the displayed agreement and retain its downloadable copy before accepting. You may sign with your typed name or a drawn signature. Sign only if you have authority. Contact ACC before signing if you need a different signing method or an accessible copy. Merely viewing a proposal does not accept it.
Accurate submissions and assistance
Provide accurate information and materials you are entitled to share. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information or interfere with the service. Contact ACC to correct errors or request assistance. Nothing here waives protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
