Project cancellations and refunds

Check your project agreement

Cancellation, deposits, payment adjustments and refunds depend on the accepted project agreement and applicable law. This platform does not sell a software subscription and does not impose a separate blanket no-refund rule.

Request a change or cancellation

Contact your ACC representative promptly with your project or proposal reference and the requested change. Ask for written confirmation of any agreed cancellation, revised scope, charges or refund. Submitting a request does not itself establish that work has stopped or that terms have changed.

Before you accept

If your proposal does not explain a deposit or cancellation charge, ask ACC for written clarification before signing or paying. This page does not create new charges or override any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.
